1 CNC system: U. S. A. Hypertherm EDGE PRO
EDGE PRO is the CNC system specialized in plasma/flame cutting developed by HYPERTHERM
AUTOMATION of U. S. A. Based on WINDOWS XP interface, prominent speed and accuracy, it features in flexible and easy operation, intuitional programming, which can create various cutting paths.

Main functions:
1) It is a specialized CNC for plasma/flame cutting, with good anti-interfering ability;
2) 15" glass touchscreen (surface acoustic wave technology), integrated keyboard making operation more simple and convenient;
3) Display of cutting figure and dynamic scaling of cutting path, auto-tracing of current cutting position;
4) English operating interface available;

2 Driving system: Digital high-precision A. C. Servo-driver
1) Display of states, diagnosis, alarm and parameter setting

3) Motor revolution, command pulse, effective load ratio can be adjusted, also various kinds of alarm and malfunction can be diagnosed
4) The motor material is high magnetic thulium, with good magnetic conductivity and radiation, high density of magnetic flux, little change in dynamic characteristic
5) Through precise detection by pulse encoder of servo-motor, speed and precision of servo-motor can be fully ensured

3 Main frame beam
The beam is bent and welded into shape with quality steel, and stress-relieved through tempering integrally, then gone through mechanical finish-processing, with good rigidity, high intensity. Precise linear guide way and precise rack are assembled on it, ensuring transverse precision. Transverse rack is fixed with bolt onto beam, ease of replacement and adjustment in time.

5 Torch Lifter
Torch elevation consists of elevating motor, high precision gear reducer box, precise lead screw by linear guide rail positioning, all torches are along same vertical line always. There are electrical limit switches along valid stroke of torch, with dust-proof cover outside, with reasonable structure, flexible and reliable of elevating, high positioning. Elevating also can be controlled by automatic and manual.
